How do we make ourselves useful?
We’ve piled in a load of talented in-house video experts into our office in Cardiff Bay, so as long as we keep them warm and fed, we tend to churn out some pretty tasty content. We make commercial campaigns, brand content, music promos, corporate communication, animation, event coverage, explainer videos, documentaries…
you name it.
Hold up, though. Don’t assume that we’re just a bog-standard production company. We pack a creative punch, we obsess over the marketing fundamentals (what d’you mean you haven’t got your content strategy sorted?!), and we genuinely care what happens after we hand over the goods.

Getting great content made should be as straightforward and painless as possible for our clients. So we double down on our processes, thrive on transparency, and communicate like the warm, bright (and slightly peculiar) humans that we are. We’re aware that our clients are busy people—our job is to make your life easier, not to add to your workload.
Sure, making money is important to us; it means we get to keep doing what gets us out of bed in the morning. But we’re always clear about where your budget goes. No sneaking around, no hidden costs. We don’t believe in tricky small print—we like big, bold, honest conversation.

Our mission.
We don’t have some fancy grand unified vision of how we’re going to change the world (yet); our mission is to become an industry leader in content production.
In other words, to be the bee’s knees at helping people understand and feel the things you want them to. We toyed around with some fancy phrases like “enabling communication”, but that just sounds naff, doesn’t it? We’d rather just say it like it is...
We collaborate with other humans to make stuff that looks and sounds good for your audience.

Founded in 2013, we quickly grew a company around our shared work ethic, love of creativity and inappropriately dark sense of humour.
We’ve since put these values into words, and decided to share them here so you get an idea of how we hold each other accountable day-by-day and what to expect from us as people.

When we're not out on shoots, we spend a lot of time in our office. In fact, if we had showers and beds here, what would be the point in going home?

Our history.
We emerged together from the fiery embers of a number of stressful-yet-successful™ collaborative projects in 2013, and since starting the company, we haven’t looked back. Whilst our collective sense of humour may indeed be questionable, we like to think our work speaks for itself.
In the years that we’ve been (professionally) arsing around with cameras, we’ve made friends with big brands like BT, O2 and Yamaha whilst helping them to communicate their messages to the world, had the pleasure of delivering TV and online campaigns for a plethora of businesses and charities, and stretched our creative muscles by crafting beautiful music videos with some crazy-talented signed and unsigned artists.
By the way, there’s no meaning behind our name. It’s just an emotive word followed by an ampersand and a loosely-related word. Apologies.
