Alex Joss Thompson

Born in the south east of England, Alex began his career in broadcast. From the roots of MTV he quickly transitioned into the promo world, honing his visual craft as a writer-director through a diverse range of projects, from short films and music videos to large-scale commercial productions.

Driven by a relentless pursuit of innovation, Alex is constantly exploring new techniques and technologies to push the boundaries of telling surreal human stories through his lens.

He is currently developing a number of short films that hold a mirror up to society as well as his first full length feature.
