Yamaha’s acoustic guitars are designed for the touring musician. Built tough but with a bunch of great features, their new A Series has been introduced to satisfy the needs of guitarists looking for quality mixed with practicality.

We were tasked with popping to London with our friends in Into The Ark to capture not only their intimate show (whilst playing the new A-series) but to get a feel of just how tour-ready these guitars really are. It was important to get a good mix of beauty shots of the guitars, but not so much that it framed it as a staged and fake-feeling situation. The idea was to get a good mixture of product and lifestyle—capturing the vibe of the kind of player who spends their life on the road from show to show and how the guitar fits seamlessly into that life.

We followed the guys around the city, jumping on and off the tube and smashing out some impromptu busking. The idea is that this guitar not only has show-ready plugged in sound, but also has an acoustic quality that means versatility is top of the agenda for this new line of instruments.
